Job Description
Key Account Manager driving healthcare software sales for German clinics, insurers, and pharmaceutical companies. Managing strategic accounts, AI-enabled sales consulting, and executive contract negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically and operationally manage key accounts from hospitals, health insurance companies, medical care centers (MVZs), and pharmaceutical companies
- Advise clients on future-focused topics such as AI-enabled sales processes and data-driven decision-making
- Use modern AI tools for market and competitor analysis, as well as forecasting customer needs (predictive sales)
- Develop customized proposals and contracts based on automated data analyses
- Independently lead annual and contract negotiations at the highest management level
- Work closely with agile coaches, UI/UX designers, and software architects to develop tailored, legally compliant solutions
Requirements:
- Completed degree in business administration, health economics, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
- 4–5 years of professional experience in key account management or sales in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector, with a proven track record of sales success at established industry companies
- Established network of decision-makers in the German healthcare sector and experience managing complex stakeholder structures
- Strong interest in digitalization
- Ideally, initial experience with AI-powered CRM systems or predictive analytics tools—or willingness to undergo intensive training
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities, combined with a confident and professional demeanor
- Very good written and spoken German and English
