Job Description
Sales Executive managing key accounts for Granado, focusing on relationships and sales strategies in the pharmaceutical sector. Responsible for achieving sell-in and sell-out goals with key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts such as Grupo DPSP, Grupo Santa Cruz and Raia Drogasil.
- Ensure achievement of sell-in and sell-out targets, acting strategically to maximize results.
- Negotiate commercial initiatives, commercial terms and investments (list price, discounts, payment terms) in accordance with company guidelines.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns and visibility actions in partnership with Trade Marketing.
- Monitor performance indicators, identify opportunities and propose action plans to correct deviations.
- Track inventory at distribution centers and stores, ensuring supply of priority SKUs.
- Conduct market analyses and monitor competitors to adjust commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply, logistics) to ensure execution and delivery of plans.
- Visit clients periodically to maintain presence, relationships and performance follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed).
- Proven experience in sales for the pharmaceutical channel in the São Paulo region.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and the main regional players.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients in the pharmaceutical segment, servicing Grupo DPSP, Grupo Santa Cruz and Raia Drogasil.
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial relationship management and new business prospecting.
- Experience using market analysis tools such as IQVIA and Close-Up.
