Job Description
Advogado contratual pleno na LBCA, escritório full service de direito empresarial. Revisão, negociação e elaboração contratual, consultoria jurídica e gestão de propriedade intelectual.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of drafts submitted by suppliers and business partners, identifying vulnerabilities and negotiating to mitigate legal risks
- Draft and structure various contracts, amendments, termination agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other documents related to the company’s operational activities
- Prepare practical legal opinions, memoranda, and legal guidance to support strategic decisions by the client’s internal departments
- Participate in meetings with business teams, suppliers, and partners, proactively identifying contingencies and aligning projects
- Ensure that contractual instruments comply with internal policies, governance procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Serve as a liaison between the client’s day-to-day corporate operations and the law firm’s complementary technical support
- Conduct legal assessments for product launches, marketing campaign validation, and innovation projects, including freedom-to-operate analyses, prior-art searches, and assessments of potential infringement of third-party rights
- Draft and negotiate technology transfer agreements, trademark and patent licensing agreements, copyright assignments, software development agreements, NDAs, and co-branding agreements
- Manage the portfolio of intangible assets and monitor filings, oppositions, submissions, appeals, and nullity proceedings before the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Preferred: postgraduate qualification in Contracts
- Experience in contracts and legal advisory work
- Experience working in law firms in the contracts practice
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proactive approach

- Highly organized when handling complex demands
