Job Description
Team Lead at The Lucky Spot Barbershop overseeing barbers and daily operations. Guiding a service team to meet objectives while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for guiding, motivating, building and supervising a team of service providers to achieve specific goals and objectives.
- Ensure the team's work aligns with the company’s goals.
- Manage daily operations and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain and oversee day to day operations
- Ensure supplies are available to operate sufficiently
Requirements:
- Instructor’s license or obtain within the following 12 months to keep position.
- Employed with company for at least 90 days. Developmental opportunity can be less than 90 days.
- Attend and pass LSB Leadership Training
- No attendance issues
- No recent disciplinary actions
- Must have reliable transportation
Benefits:
