Job Description
Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant guiding enterprise clients through finance implementations for Argano, a digital operations consultancy. Configuring modules, leading testing, and supporting go-live.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients using in-depth Oracle Financials Applications knowledge and industry best practices
- Collaborate with project teams and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions
- Refine, document, and present customer requirements for approval
- Resolve product implementation and integration obstacles
- Analyze current systems and data to identify requirements and needed enhancements
- Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
- Work with Oracle to resolve service requests
- Lead business requirements workshops
- Analyze, design, configure, and develop Oracle Financial applications solutions
- Lead Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Testing
- Support go-live preparation and cutover
- Provide post-production support
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant
- 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades
- CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, CRPs, functional configuration, and testing of procurement ERP solutions
- Proven experience guiding clients through business process improvements
- Accounting experience including chart of accounts redesign, financial reporting, MultiOrg, and multi-currency
- Ability to lead a team, work independently, and manage multiple task assignments
- Prior experience leading or managing projects
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to write functional specifications based on user requirements
- Ability to independently handle client expectations
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience
- Ability to coach/mentor the team
- Professional approach with internal and external customers
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances
