Job Description
Lead Workday Extend consultant designing and supporting integrations for Argano’s digital transformation consultancy. Delivering scalable solutions across implementation and Application Management Services engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations and Workday Extend apps based on client requirements
- Develop and configure EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services integrations
- Participate in requirements gathering, integration design sessions, testing, and production deployments
- Create technical documentation including integration specifications, mappings, and support documentation
- Collaborate with Workday functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders
- Support Workday implementation projects and Application Management Services engagements
- Maintain and troubleshoot Workday Extend applications and integrations throughout the Workday lifecycle
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of overall experience in Workday technical consulting and integrations
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday Extend development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and PECI is mandatory
- Experience with Workday Orchestrate, Core Connectors/CCW, EIB, Workday Web Services, REST APIs and SOAP APIs
- Good understanding of Workday Business Processes, security, reporting and cross-module data flows
- Experience supporting Workday implementations as well as post-production/AMS engagements
- Ability to independently handle requirements, technical design, development, testing, deployment and production support
- Strong customer-facing, communication and troubleshooting skills
- Workday Extend, Studio and PECI are primary screening criteria; required hands-on experience is mandatory
- Workday Extend, Orchestrate or Studio/Integration certifications are preferred but not mandatory
