Job Description
Analista Jurídico/Administrativo at full service law firm using advanced technology platform for legal data management.
Responsibilities:
- Distribution and scheduling of deadlines.
Requirements:
- Law student or law graduate without active OAB registration (required) (OAB = Brazilian Bar Association)
- Analysis of procedural deadlines
- Review and interpretation of court publications/notices
- Familiarity with judicial systems (e.g., PJe, ESAJ, eProc, etc.)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Proactive approach to suggesting improvements and correcting data
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in verification
- Organizational skills and information management
- Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies or divergent data
