Job Description
Analista Jurídico analyzing labor data for technical and managerial reports at LBCA legal firm. Join a team using technology to improve strategic business decisions and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of labor litigation case data to prepare technical and managerial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law WITHOUT active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration (mandatory).
- Languages and fluency: Basic / Intermediate English
- Excel – Advanced Level 3 (advanced mastery of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data cross-referencing and charts)
- Ability to develop infographics and dashboards that facilitate visualization of complex legal information (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio or similar)
- Proven experience at other law firms
- Experience analyzing labor procedural data and producing technical and managerial reports
- Ability to apply accounting and legal provisioning rules, interpret risk, performance and cost indicators, and perform analyses of procedural trends
- Practical knowledge of the stages of labor proceedings, deadlines, procedures and types of rulings
- Desirable experience in legal controlling, legal business intelligence or large corporate labor litigation portfolios
- Analytical, critical and results-oriented profile, with attention to detail, strategic vision and good communication skills.
