Job Description
Legal Consultant advising global digital assets and fintech clients on structured products and capital markets. Drafting agreements, managing legal risk, and supporting equity-linked innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice for equities and structured or innovative products throughout their lifecycle, including design, launch, enhancement, and exit
- Draft, review, and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements, and partner contracts
- Build program-level documentation where needed
- Work with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
- Structure new initiatives and manage legal risk
- Manage external counsel
- Contribute to internal guidance and training
- Help develop scalable legal processes and templates
- Provide legal support to a leading global client in digital assets and fintech
- Act as a key legal point of contact for equity-linked products and digital asset-linked solutions
Requirements:
- 5-12 (+) years PQE
- Experience in structured products, ECM, derivatives, broader capital markets, cryptocurrency, digital assets, or tokenization products
- Experience from in-house or private practice
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with cross-functional teams
- Necessary legal authorization to work
- Successful completion of a background check may be required
- Proof of identity may be required
