Job Description
Legal & Integrity Process Architect at ABB improving legal workflows through digital transformation and technology optimization. Collaborating with Legal and IT to enhance process efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end legal business processes on behalf of Legal leadership
- Define and implement the vision for legal workflow solutions
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
- Redesign workflows prior to automation, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Develop process documentation and continuous improvement roadmaps
- Translate legal requirements into scalable, structured system solutions
- Configure and optimize tools supporting automated workflows
- Act as the interface between Legal stakeholders and IT teams
- Support integration of legal processes into technical architectures
- Encourage user adoption of new systems and processes
- Deliver training and ongoing support to legal teams
- Act as a key contact for process and application-related queries
- Promote collaboration across Legal and business functions
- Ensure adherence to ABB’s Code of Conduct and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Technology, Business Process Management, Law or a related field (legal background is not required)
- 5+ years’ experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or technology-driven operations
- Proven experience working with enterprise technology platforms (e.g. CLM systems, workflow tools, automation solutions)
- Strong track record in implementing and optimizing technology solutions to improve business processes and efficiency
- Experience leading end-to-end digital initiatives, from requirements gathering through to implementation and adoption
- Solid understanding of process design, automation, and system integration within complex organizational environments
- Experience driving change management, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement in technology-driven environments
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Six Sigma) or equivalent experience is a plus
