Job Description
Supervisor jurídico trabalhista liderando equipes e fluxos operacionais na LBCA, escritório full service com plataforma própria de tecnologia jurídica.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide and oversee the labor law legal team, ensuring proper distribution of work and compliance with deadlines and established quality standards
- Supervise the department's administrative and operational workflows, ensuring activities are performed in an organized, efficient manner and in accordance with internal procedures
- Monitor daily tasks and deadlines, identifying outstanding issues, bottlenecks and operational risks, and acting proactively to prevent delays or impacts on processes
- Allocate and prioritize tasks among team members, taking into account workload, complexity of matters, deadlines and each professional's capacity
Requirements:
- Experience in labor and employment law and in team management
- Experience working with administrative and operational workflows
- Ability to monitor and assign tasks to the team
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Sense of urgency
