Job Description

Licensed therapist delivering remote, evidence-based adult therapy for Two Chairs, an integrated therapy and psychiatry provider. Managing clinical caseloads, assessments, progress tracking, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18+, using modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
  • Maintain a caseload of 7–20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week
  • Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust treatment based on client progress
  • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
  • Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
  • Complete, sign, and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact
  • Conduct ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in Washington as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; Two Chairs covers the cost
  • Available for 8–24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions
  • 2+ years of clinical experience with adults aged 18+
  • At least 6 months of teletherapy experience
  • Proficient with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Select 7–10 session hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday
  • Available during regular business hours for at least 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support
  • Complete, sign, and lock all EMR documentation within 48 hours of client contact
  • Able to provide ongoing therapy and new-client assessments
