Job Description
Life Insurance Case Manager performing operational tasks for Underwriting at Fabric. Collaborating with underwriters and maintaining reports in Google Sheets for efficient case management.
Responsibilities:
- Performing required support functions for Underwriting
- Completing operational tasks such as ordering gathering third party information (i.e. MVRs, APSs) and other similar tasks as requested
- Processing new business in a timely manner to ensure cases are in good order
- Working with underwriters and other functional areas to resolve any discrepancies
- Maintains and updates recurring reports and tracking logs in Google Sheets to independently complete functional processes
Requirements:
- Experience with PC in a Windows environment
- Experience with remote work
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Life insurance case management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Google products including Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet preferred
- Proficiency with operating across multiple first and third party environments
