Job Description
Coordenador de projetos lineares de saneamento na Saneares, especializada em engenharia ambiental, infraestrutura e saneamento. Liderança de equipes, soluções hidráulicas e documentação técnica.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the development of linear sanitation projects, ensuring technical quality, compliance with deadlines, and adherence to the contracted scope
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams involved in project development
- Contribute to the conception, analysis, and definition of solutions for water supply and wastewater systems
- Coordinate projects involving water distribution networks, trunk water mains, rising mains, trunk sewers, interceptors, outfalls, and wastewater collection networks
- Evaluate alignment alternatives, utility conflicts, crossings, topographic conditions, and other constraints affecting infrastructure implementation
- Analyze and review hydraulic studies, designs, calculations, and technical criteria applicable to projects
- Coordinate the integration of project disciplines and interfaces
- Maintain client relationships by presenting, discussing, and reviewing engineering solutions
- Organize, monitor, and control physical and financial schedules, evaluating results, risks, and variances
- Support decisions regarding technical alternatives, considering constructability, operational feasibility, and economic and financial viability
- Coordinate concept, alternatives, and technical and economic feasibility studies
- Coordinate and review design briefs, technical specifications, reports, and other engineering documents
- Monitor surveys and technical site visits
- Evaluate construction solutions and technologies applicable to projects
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices
- Promote team alignment, organization, and engagement
- Identify technical and execution risks, proposing preventive actions and solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Sanitary, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Solid experience developing linear sanitation projects
- Previous experience in the technical coordination of projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with water supply and/or wastewater system projects
- Knowledge of hydraulic design and analysis of linear systems
- Ability to critically assess alignments, utility conflicts, construction methods, and technical alternatives
- Knowledge of technical standards and regulations applicable to the sanitation sector
- Ability to perform complex technical analyses and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and other stakeholders
- Critical-thinking skills to propose improvements, optimizations, and technically sound solutions
- Commitment to quality, compliance, safety, and results
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Must reside in Greater São Paulo or on the São Paulo coast and be available to travel to the coast when necessary
