Job Description
Localization Project Manager supporting a top client in the digital space with localization workflows. This role is fully remote and requires at least 20 hours per week, with possible extensions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate localization content workflows across multiple systems and sources
- Load and maintain content in Crowdin
- Ensure proper structuring, consistency, and readiness of content for localization
- Route and send content from Crowdin to translation vendors
- Monitor project status, timelines, and delivery quality across localization pipelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and localization teams
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Localization Project Management or Localization Operations
- Hands-on experience with localization workflows and CMS tools
- Proven ability to manage structured content workflows and multi-source content ingestion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent content streams
- Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment with overlapping time zones
