Job Description

Senior Machine Learning Engineer developing autonomous AI agents using LangChain framework. Collaborating with data scientists and software engineers for integration into broader applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Agent Development: Design and implement autonomous AI agents using the LangChain framework for orchestration and flow control;
  • Model Integration: Use and integrate various open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) and embedding models from the Hugging Face Hub for tasks such as text generation, sentiment analysis, and question answering;
  • Workflow Optimization: Implement advanced agent-based (agentic) workflows using tools like LangGraph, enabling greater control over execution flow, human-in-the-loop interactions, and multi-agent systems;
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to smoothly integrate machine learning agents into broader applications;
  • Other routine responsibilities within the area.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or AI development;
  • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python (required);
  • Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain (Python or JavaScript) and familiarity with Hugging Face libraries (e.g., transformers, datasets);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-evolving AI environment;
  • Required: Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Language: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview stage conducted in English).
