Job Description
Market Development Manager leading dental procedure adoption and DSO growth across the United States and Canada. Building consultant teams, pricing strategies, and cross-functional healthcare programs.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a new field-based Procedure Adoption Consultant team
- Drive doctor and patient adoption of custom digital procedures in target account segments and geographies
- Establish, track, and adapt doctor and patient touchpoint plans, sales workflow, and KPIs
- Hire, train, manage, and coach the Procedure Adoption Consultant team
- Develop milestone-based investment plans to expand the team
- Coordinate with Global Marketing and USAC Key Accounts, Sales, Marketing, and Education teams
- Define regional strategy to grow the Dental DSO segment across restorative, prevention, and custom smiles portfolios
- Develop and execute Dental DSO portfolio and pricing strategies and programs
- Coordinate prioritization and execution across Dental Key Accounts, Sales, Marketing, and Education teams
- Generate and act on DSO segment insights and bring them to global and cross-functional teams
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified prior to start
- Ten (10) years of marketing, sales, or business management/development experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Experience leading Market Development and/or Sales in a healthcare business
- Marketing acumen
- Ability to lead through ambiguity to deliver results
- Cross-functional team leadership
- Driven self-starter with hunger to win
