Job Description
Market Research Associate recruiting respondents on allocated projects for a global healthcare leader. Conducting recruitment and support tasks across assigned markets.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that recruitment tasks are fully executed in Scandinavia and other assigned markets
- Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists and carry out cold calling to recruit respondents
- Proactively plan, organize and implement recruitment solutions, aiming to maximize resources and ensure successful project delivery
- Provide project updates and flag to senior management any issues with recruitment progress
- Execute panel building initiatives and manage monthly registration targets
- Call users to reactivate accounts and provide high-quality support to M3 Global Research members
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish and English and ONE other language is preferred: (French, German, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch)
- Exhibit clear and effective communication both verbally and written with diverse audiences
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office tools, Internet, Social Media, e-mails and tools required within assigned responsibilities
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to ask probing questions, respond effectively and accurately, and ensure audiences feel supported.
