Job Description

Marketing Data Analytics Specialist at Prosci focuses on creating actionable insights from complex data. Building reports across platforms for global marketing decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly Power BI dashboards for Leadership, Board, and Regional team.
  • Analyze and report on campaign, channel, and funnel performance (enterprise vs. practitioner).
  • Monitor data integrity between HubSpot and Salesforce; flag sync or attribution issues.
  • Build, maintain, and iterate Power BI dashboards; write SQL queries to join data sources.
  • Use SEMrush, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to measure SEO rankings and campaign performance.
  • Train regional marketers on dashboard use and interpretation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of direct marketing analytics / BI experience
  • Proven track record building executive-level reporting in Power BI.
  • Strong SQL skills and BI development experience.
  • Demonstrated success building reporting in complex, cross-system environments.
