Job Description
Marketing Project Manager organizing multi-brand DTC campaigns across creative, creators, paid media, e-commerce, and social. Bringing accountability, visibility, and operational structure to a fast-moving marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects across multiple brands and departments
- Create clear timelines, deliverables, owners, priorities, and deadlines
- Keep projects and team members aligned, accountable, and on track
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure important work gets completed
- Identify blockers, missed handoffs, and potential delays before they become problems
- Keep leadership updated on project status, priorities, and risks
- Improve internal processes, workflows, and organization
- Coordinate across marketing, creative, creators, paid media, social, e-commerce, and leadership
- Help ensure launches, campaigns, and important deadlines do not fall through the cracks
- Work across TikTok Shop, UGC and creative strategy, TikTok creators and affiliates, Trybe/creator programs, Shopify, organic social/social management, Meta Ads, creative production, Amazon, product launches, and campaigns
- Bring structure to marketing and creative operations without slowing the organization
- Establish clear ownership, visibility, priorities, and accountability across teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management, marketing operations, or similar experience
- Experience in an agency, multi-brand company, DTC brand, performance marketing agency, or similar environment
- Comfortable managing many projects, stakeholders, and deadlines at the same time
- Understands digital marketing and creative workflows
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong at follow-up
- Can hold people accountable while maintaining strong working relationships
- Can identify inefficiencies and help improve systems and processes
- Comfortable with changing priorities and a fast-moving environment
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar tools
