Job Description
Part-time licensed therapist delivering remote evidence-based therapy to adults through Two Chairs’ integrated therapy and psychiatry platform. Managing virtual caseloads, assessments, treatment data, and EMR documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18+
- Practice modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
- Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week
- Dedicate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, including therapy sessions and new client assessments
- Attend manager check-ins: 1 hour weekly during the first 6 weeks, then 30 minutes monthly
- Use data to drive treatment and adjust the approach based on client progress
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate
- Complete, sign, and lock EMR documentation within 48 hours of client contact
Requirements:
- Independently licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; Two Chairs covers the entire cost
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
- 6+ months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9
- Comfort with EHR systems
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST
- Commitment to 8–24 total hours of weekly availability
- Ability to complete, sign, and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact
