Job Description

Advogado Pleno atuando em consultoria, contratos, processos e negociações. Prestação de soluções jurídicas para clientes empresariais da Sanchez e Sanchez Sociedade de Advogados.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve the firm’s clients on a range of legal matters
  • Review documents and draft pleadings and other legal filings
  • Support negotiations and develop strategies to maximize case outcomes and mitigate risks
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and contribute to the achievement of targets and legal certainty
  • Act as a negotiator and conflict-resolution professional
  • Handle multiple stages of legal proceedings, from reviewing and drafting contracts to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings
  • Organize and oversee legal advisory activities
  • Ensure that commercial transactions, contractual agreements, and privacy practices comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings in coordination with clients
  • Guide the review and preparation of pleadings and legal documents
  • Prepare litigation and contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system
  • Draft and execute legal instruments of varying complexity
  • Assess risks, conduct legal assessments, and recommend legal alternatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are a plus
  • Specialization in Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law
  • At least 6 months of experience at a law firm or in a corporate legal department
  • Advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure
  • Strong emphasis on drafting pleadings and contract review
  • Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of legal research, legal writing and drafting pleadings, deadline and case management, negotiation, and professional ethics
