Job Description
Data Engineer role focusing on machine learning models and MLOps practices at iFood. Ideal for candidates with cloud infrastructure experience and a strong background in software engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalize Machine Learning models, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of efficient pipelines.
- Deploy models and manage the model lifecycle (LCM) within the GenPlat platform.

- Support the implementation of agents and GenAI-based tools, contributing to technical and organizational stability.
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in MLOps and model deployment, with a solid background in software engineering.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and operation of pipelines.
- Familiarity with open-source solutions and experience in tech-first environments.
- Clear communication skills and effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
- A mindset focused on innovation and adapting to rapid change.
