Job Description
Full Stack Developer at Grupo SysMap focusing on CRM systems, specializing in HubSpot and Monday.com. Collaborating on application development and integrations for transformative tech solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full stack applications (front-end and back-end);
- Implement integrations between systems and CRM platforms;
- Customize and automate processes within tools like HubSpot and Monday.com;
- Build APIs and services for integration with internal and external systems;
- Work on data modeling and management related to customers and commercial processes;
- Support the definition of scalable, high-performance solution architectures;
- Collaborate with business teams (sales, marketing, operations) to gather requirements;
- Ensure best practices for development, testing, and code versioning.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Full Stack developer;
- Proficiency in at least one back-end language (Java);
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular or Vue.js);
- Experience with integrations via REST APIs;
- Experience with CRM platforms (especially HubSpot, Monday.com or similar);
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases;
- Familiarity with version control (Git);
- Experience with marketing automation and sales funnel management;
- Knowledge of webhooks, ETL and complex integrations;
- Experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, etc.);
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP);
- Basic UX/UI knowledge applied to internal systems;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
