Job Description
Analista de Segurança da Informação monitorando SOC, SIEM, Microsoft 365 Defender e firewalls para cliente empresarial da SEK. Atuando em incidentes, investigações e melhorias de segurança.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security events on SIEM platforms and handle alerts
- Support security incident response
- Prepare technical reports and incident analyses
- Administer and operate Microsoft 365 Defender, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender XDR
- Manage Cisco and Fortigate firewalls, Netskope Proxy, and WAFs
- Investigate security alerts generated by EDRs
- Manage tickets in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and GLPI
- Develop and review Information Security controls, policies, standards, and procedures
- Keep technical documentation up to date and record operational evidence
- Participate in technical meetings with the client, propose improvements, and support process evolution
- Support Security and Infrastructure teams in implementing features and processes
- Update security checklists and the knowledge base
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in Information Security
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Identity/Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, Netskope Proxy, Cisco, Fortigate, and Palo Alto firewalls, network protocols, NIST/ISO 27001/CIS Controls frameworks, and security in Azure/AWS/GCP
- Intermediate knowledge of EDR/XDR, Azure Sentinel, IBM QRadar, Linux, ITSM tools, DLP, Zero Trust, PowerShell, and Python
- Experience in SOC environments, incident handling, and security event management
- Native Portuguese
- Intermediate English for reading technical documentation and participating in meetings
- Intermediate Spanish for conversation
