Job Description
Support strategic actions and analyze data for Globo's football subscription product. Collaborate with teams and enhance the user experience through data insights.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of tactical and operational initiatives defined in the product strategy;
- Monitor subscriber consumption behavior, engagement, and user experience in the product, contributing insights and opportunities to improve the subscriber journey;
- Monitor KPIs, analyze product performance, generate hypotheses and propose investigations that support improvement recommendations;
- Support data analysis and the creation of executive reports;
- Produce research briefings, oversee execution and consolidate findings;
- Support analyses and scenario building for discussions around content windows between products;
- Produce briefings for CRM actions and communication campaigns, and track their implementation;
- Consolidate results from acquisition, engagement and subscriber retention initiatives;
- Support integration routines with internal and external partner teams, including participation in cadences and agile ceremonies;
- Track request creation in Salesforce, monitor delivery statuses and consolidate inputs for the development of commercial plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with analytics tools, BI platforms or metrics tracking;
- Interest in and familiarity with football (soccer), including tournament calendars and fan behavior;
- Experience with digital products, projects or initiatives involving day-to-day operational monitoring and execution;
- Interest in digital products, streaming, media and user experience;
- Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, identify opportunities and support decision-making;
- Hands-on profile with autonomy to manage tasks, organize work and follow deliveries end-to-end;
- Experience interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with a collaborative and relationship-oriented approach;
- Good organizational skills, a sense of priorities and attention to detail;
- Ability to structure presentations and executive materials;
- Active heavy user of football content, regularly consuming competitions, content and sport-related platforms;
- Prior experience with digital streaming, subscription or media products;
- Experience tracking product metrics and user behavior;
- Interest in the sports market and digital consumption trends.
