Job Description

Mid-Market Account Executive selling Procore’s cloud construction management software to public sector agencies. Driving new revenue through territory planning, partner ecosystems, and government procurement cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven account and territory plans for public sector agencies across New England, New York, and New Jersey
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline coverage of 3x to 5x quota through prospecting, territory marketing, outbound outreach, and partner leverage
  • Collaborate with GSIs, ISVs, regional integrators, and channel partners throughout deal cycles
  • Engage Agency Directors, CFOs, CIOs, Heads of Procurement, and Capital Program Leaders through consultative selling
  • Guide prospects through government procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs, cooperative purchasing contracts, sole-source justifications, partner procurement pathways, and approval chains
  • Maintain opportunity records in Salesforce and provide weekly and quarterly sales forecasts
  • Conduct discovery and tailored product demonstrations to communicate Procore’s ROI for public infrastructure projects
  • Travel within the assigned territory for client meetings, partner co-selling, conferences, presentations, and team offsites

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct B2B Software (SaaS) and/or Cloud solution sales experience
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong Public Sector (SLED) sales background highly preferred
  • Experience selling SaaS software and/or cloud-based enterprise workflow software
  • Demonstrated success working with GSIs, regional integrators, ISVs, and channel partners
  • Experience co-selling and orchestrating joint value propositions
  • Ability to navigate public sector procurement vehicles, RFP processes, partner contract vehicles, and extended public-budget planning cycles
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • History of building trust and credibility with C-suite and Director-level stakeholders
  • Ability to independently build and scale 3x to 5x quota coverage through outbound prospecting and territory mapping
  • Must reside within New England, New York, or New Jersey
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–30%
