Job Description
MSSP Project Manager advancing partner programs for SentinelOne’s AI-native cybersecurity platform. Coordinating revenue operations, product transitions, dashboards, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive project management across SentinelOne's MSSP business, including product transition strategies, strategic programs, and special projects.
- Track and monitor deliverables for the MSSP product transition strategy, defining milestones and maintaining timelines.
- Provide project management across MSSP revenue operations initiatives, including quote-to-cash, deal governance, forecasting, and partner lifecycle enhancements.
- Support ad hoc MSSP special projects and unify capabilities and offerings across internal teams.
- Lead selected large and strategic MSSP programs, ensuring timely, quality delivery.
- Build and maintain the MSSP project management operating system, including project plans, dependency maps, and status reporting.
- Evaluate and suggest processes to anticipate, identify, and mitigate issues; coach teams on risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.
- Foster collaboration across MSSP, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Legal, IT, and other teams.
- Review and redefine KPIs to measure project success and impact.
- Develop and deliver dashboards and analytics tracking project status, metrics, and milestones.
- Monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices to prepare the organization for scale.
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of progressive experience working in MSSPs, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or the technology industry.
- Project management experience within partner operations, sales operations, or partner experience functions.
- 3 or more years of experience creating dashboards and visualizations, including SQL, data aggregation, and AI tooling such as Claude.
- Experience with project management tooling, such as Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace.
- Technical aptitude paired with a strong understanding of the business side.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, driving requirements and projects with global, diverse teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills across organizational levels, with expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations and a proven track record of making informed decisions and standing firm when necessary to drive project success.
- Familiarity with risk management processes and strategies.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, using data and metrics to inform decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prior technical program management experience in SaaS or a technical domain is preferred.
