Operations Manager leading AI team in India. Overseeing project delivery and team management with a focus on technical execution.

Lead the daily operations of the AI team, including team meetings, workflows, and communication.
Manage HR responsibilities such as performance reviews, talent development, coaching, and hiring.
Oversee project planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and work prioritization.
Ensure delivery commitments are met through clear roles, resource alignment, and proactive risk management.
Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for stakeholders and leaders.
Serve as a central communication point for project status, risks, and escalations across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
6+ years of experience in project/program management, operations leadership, or technology team management.
Proven experience managing delivery in Agile, DevOps, or hybrid environments.
Strong skills in team leadership, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Excellent organizational and planning skills with a track record of delivering complex technical projects.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels—from engineers to executives.
