Job Description
Oracle EBS Financials Delivery Architect leading R12.2 finance implementations for Argano, a digital consultancy. Designing configurations, integrations, and solutions across enterprise financial modules.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Financials implementations, including discovery workshops, current-state assessment, requirements, fit-gap analysis, future-state process design, configuration, customization assessment, functional specifications, integrations, reporting, and controls
- Design and configure financial structures including enterprise structure, legal entities, ledgers and ledger sets, operating units, chart of accounts, calendars, subledger accounting, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting
- Analyze business processes and translate findings into detailed financial solutions
- Recommend best-practice solutions and configurations to clients and refine them based on feedback and approval
- Lead EBS R12.2 Financial Modules through requirements, design, build, testing, go-live, and post-production support
- Create functional and design documentation aligned with business requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, Solution Architect, Financials consultants, and offshore development teams
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on schedule
- Provide functional implementation and support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments, including resolving user and system issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is required
- 10–15 years of experience with Oracle methodology, including gathering business requirements, designing business process flow diagrams, configurations, master data management, creating functional design documentation, and reviewing technical design documents
- Experience leading an entire project workstream for relevant Oracle applications
- Proven experience across full implementation lifecycle projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing support, data conversions, go-live, and post-go-live support
- Experience with Financial Modules full lifecycle implementation (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, and Cash Management) is required
- Experience with intercompany setups and configurations
- Experience working with offshore teams, including creating functional design documents for offshore development
- Sufficient SQL experience to assist with troubleshooting
- Experience with conversion, upgrade, implementation, or enhancement projects
- Proficient in English written and verbal communications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Ability to interact effectively with senior client stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to explain functional and technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences, including non-technical individuals
- Understanding of networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, databases, business processes, and industry-specific technologies and best practices
- Strategic leadership, client management, industry networking, and business development capabilities
