Job Description

Outbound Business Development Representative responsible for generating sales leads for Flare's cybersecurity solutions. Develop outreach strategies and drive pipeline from cold to close in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own outbound pipeline generation end-to-end
  • Research and prioritize target accounts
  • Execute high-quality activity
  • Qualify and book discovery meetings
  • Help build the outbound playbook
  • Leverage tools intelligently
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing
  • Track your metrics, iterate fast, and own your results

Requirements:

  • Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus, but not required
  • A hunter mentality
  • Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments
  • Coachability and genuine curiosity
  • Solid organizational habits.
