Job Description
Outbound Business Development Representative responsible for generating sales leads for Flare's cybersecurity solutions. Develop outreach strategies and drive pipeline from cold to close in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound pipeline generation end-to-end
- Research and prioritize target accounts
- Execute high-quality activity
- Qualify and book discovery meetings
- Help build the outbound playbook
- Leverage tools intelligently
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing
- Track your metrics, iterate fast, and own your results
Requirements:
- Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus, but not required
- A hunter mentality
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments
- Coachability and genuine curiosity
- Solid organizational habits.
