Job Description
Remote outbound sales consultant converting warm marketing leads into LaserAway aesthetic treatment plans. Conducting phone consultations, managing CRM pipelines, and closing sales for aesthetic dermatology clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into LaserAway treatment plans
- Manage a pipeline of warm inbound leads and an individual revenue target
- Work the lead queue and conduct consultative phone conversations
- Educate patients on LaserAway treatment options
- Overcome objections, follow up persistently, and close sales
- Manage pipeline activities through the CRM
- Report to the Remote Sales Director
- Collaborate with LaserAway’s national marketing team
Requirements:
- Experienced outbound or phone-based sales professional
- Experience building trust and creating urgency in phone-based sales
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
- Disciplined self-starter able to manage an independent sales pipeline
- Available to cover an assigned U.S. time zone
- Motivated by measurable results and accountable for sales metrics
- Aesthetics background not required
