Job Description
Outbound Sales Consultant converting warm marketing leads into aesthetic treatment plans for LaserAway. Managing phone consultations, follow-ups, objections, and closings remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into LaserAway treatment plans
- Manage a personal pipeline of warm leads and revenue target
- Work the lead queue through LaserAway's CRM
- Conduct consultative phone conversations with patients
- Educate patients on LaserAway's treatment options
- Overcome objections, follow up persistently, and close sales
- Report to the Remote Sales Director
- Work with LaserAway's national marketing team and warm inbound lead pipeline
Requirements:
- Experienced outbound or phone-based sales professional
- Experience building trust and creating urgency by phone
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
- Disciplined self-starter able to independently manage a sales pipeline
- Motivated by measurable results and able to own performance metrics
- Available to cover an assigned U.S. time zone
- Aesthetics background is not required
