Job Description
Outbound Setter Manager responsible for leading outbound sales strategy at WarriorBabe. Overseeing team's performance, AI engagement systems, and optimizing sales processes within a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale WarriorBabe's outbound sales division
- Oversee outbound strategy, performance, AI-powered lead engagement systems, and process optimization
- Lead, coach, develop, and hold outbound setters accountable
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Inbound Setter Manager, Closer Manager, Marketing, and Tech Integration team
- Build, document, and refine scalable SOPs and workflows
Requirements:
- Proven success managing outbound appointment setters, SDRs, BDRs, or sales development teams
- Experience building and scaling outbound sales functions
- Strong understanding of CRM management, lead engagement strategies, and pipeline development
- Demonstrated ability to improve performance through systems, accountability, and coaching
- Experience working in high-volume, high-performance sales environments
- Strong operational and analytical mindset
