Job Description

Paid Search Account Manager managing campaigns for enterprise and multi-location clients. Collaborating with teams to drive measurable results through data-driven optimization and insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, that are structured to hit client goals for lead volume, efficiency, or revenue growth
  • Own ongoing campaign optimizations including keywords, bids, audiences, ad copy, and targeting
  • Design and execute structured tests across ad copy, bidding strategies, audience segments, and campaign configurations using the TELO framework
  • Monitor account health and budget pacing across your book of business
  • Translate performance data into clear insights
  • Partner with Senior Media Strategists and account teams to align search execution with broader client strategy

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEM management within Google and Bing
  • Strong command of keyword strategy, match type frameworks, and Smart Bidding selection
  • Strong understanding of core performance metrics (CPA/CPL, ROAS, CVR, impression share, Quality Score)
  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager basics, and GA4 / auto-tagging integration
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor and comfort managing multiple accounts and 50+ campaigns monthly
