Job Description
Part-time Arizona attorney reviewing and executing creditor-rights pleadings for HighPoint Law Offices. Fully remote role using CLS, Adobe PDF, and secure VPN systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review legal files and pleadings for accuracy and completeness
- Electronically sign pleadings following review
- Access and review files through the firm’s case management system (CLS)
- Digitally execute documents using Adobe PDF
Requirements:
- Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfort working in a technology-driven environment
- Experience with VPN access and remote systems preferred, but not required
- Prior legal documentation review experience is a plus, though not required
- Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on case volume
