Job Description

Partnerships Coordinator at Properstar expanding global affiliate networks by prospecting and onboarding new listing data providers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify, research, and connect with key contacts at CRMs, MLSs, and other listing data providers globally to grow Properstar's affiliate network.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches for the Properstar Affiliate Program, tailored to the specific needs and structure of each prospective partner.
  • Own and maintain the CRM and partners pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring all deal stages, contact records, and activities are kept current and accurate.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date master list of all active partnerships, clearly indicating whether each is a partial or full partnership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Integrations teams to align on the structure and terms of new partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working with a CRM platform, ideally HubSpot, to manage pipelines and track outreach activity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written is required for this opportunity.
