Job Description
Partnerships Manager scaling B2B partnerships for Tiny Health’s precision microbiome testing company. Generating leads, closing deals, and building scalable partnership systems.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and build outbound lead lists
- Manage inbound leads with fast follow-up, strong qualification, and clean CRM hygiene
- Maintain a consistent flow of new partnership opportunities
- Support and run partner conversations from introduction to close, including discovery, qualification, pitching, follow-ups, and negotiation
- Create polished, data-driven partnership decks
- Deliver confident presentations to external partners
- Build and maintain Google Sheets-based trackers, reports, and analyses for pipeline management and forecasting
- Clearly communicate Tiny Health’s value proposition across different partner types
- Assist in developing a repeatable partnership playbook across partnership types
- Maintain accurate deal tracking, including stages, close dates, next steps, notes, and forecasts
- Build lightweight processes and templates to scale the partnerships function
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Science on smooth post-close handoffs
- Communicate partner feedback internally and advocate for improvements that increase conversion and retention
- Generate qualified partner meetings weekly
- Increase pipeline coverage and improve conversion rates
- Accelerate deal cycles through tighter follow-up, stronger structure, and better internal coordination
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in partnerships, consulting, business development, sales, or strategic growth roles
- Proven ability to source leads, run outbound efforts, and drive deals forward
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to external partners
- Highly organized with strong follow-through; able to manage multiple deals at once
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quickly in a startup environment
- Experience in healthtech, healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, and/or wellness (nice to have)
- Familiarity with performance reporting / dashboards (nice to have)
- Experience building outbound sequences and lightweight sales enablement materials (nice to have)
- Startup experience or comfort wearing multiple hats (nice to have)
- Proficiency with CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce and productivity tools such as Google Suite, Notion, or Slack (nice to have)
- Relationship builder with high EQ and strong partner instincts
- Strong project manager with excellent follow-up habits
- Revenue-minded; understands pipeline, conversion, and closing mechanics
- Resourceful, scrappy, and proactive
- Process builder who enjoys creating structure and templates that scale
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Work experience in DTC health/wellness companies
- Experience working remotely, with proficiency in Slack
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
