Job Description
Personal Lines Account Manager serving insurance clients for Signers National, an insurance brokerage and underwriting platform. Managing policies, claims support, carrier coordination, and client retention.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with personal lines insurance clients
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps and provide recommendations to clients
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional guidance on coverage
- Assist clients in the claims process and ensure their needs are met
- Work closely with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Applied Epic
- Support account retention through proactive communication and relationship management
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account manager
- Must hold a valid P&C insurance license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Applied Epic experience preferred
