Job Description
Microsoft Platform Engineer improving Circular Action Alliance’s recycling infrastructure through M365, Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, and automation. Designing secure architectures and guiding enterprise IT implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Improve backend IT infrastructure environments, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and development initiatives
- Work with leaders across the company to design architectures and manage products
- Implement solutions supporting global infrastructure architecture and transition into operations
- Administer M365 services including Copilot/Agents, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power BI, DocuSign, and Kiteworks
- Assess existing environments and identify improvements
- Evaluate new technologies and trends and recommend positive implementations
- Design solutions and lead staff in implementation through mentorship and guidance
- Bridge technical staff and business leadership
- Increase IT department efficiency by streamlining and automating processes
- Provide technical direction on system implementation
- Drive integration plans for new infrastructure systems
- Drive virtual infrastructure design and implementation
- Collaborate with the IT Operations Architect to implement platform standards, reference architectures, and operational best practices
- Ensure infrastructure designs incorporate a security-first approach
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and/or managing enterprise IT systems
- 3+ years in administering the M365/Azure infrastructure in medium to large enterprise environments
- MS Certifications welcome
- Working knowledge of server and cloud architectures
- Experience with large-scale implementations and integrations of corporate IT systems
- Experience with environments leveraging cloud components in Azure
