Job Description
Principal Product Manager owning Engageware's Appointment Scheduling platform strategy and execution. Leading AI innovations and engaging with enterprise customers in regulated industries.
Responsibilities:
- Own the multi-year product strategy for Engageware’s Enterprise Appointment Scheduling suite
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision to customers and executive leadership
- Make hard prioritization calls with incomplete information
- Serve as the internal and external voice of the product
- Own the AI roadmap for appointment scheduling
- Partner with engineering and data science to evaluate feasibility
- Engage directly with enterprise customers
- Lead structured product validation
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in the enterprise appointment ecosystem
- Partner with engineering leadership to shape technical direction
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management
- Define KPIs and success criteria for major investments
Requirements:
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS product management
- At least 3 years owning a product line or platform end-to-end
- Demonstrated experience building products for enterprise customers in regulated industries
- Proven track record of defining and executing a multi-year product strategy
- Strong product discovery and validation skills
- Experience bringing AI/ML-powered features to market
- Executive-level communication skills
- Experience driving engineering teams across complex initiatives
- Based in the United States, with willingness to travel ~15–20%
