Job Description

Directeur·rice Produits leading the product department at Thirdbridge, overseeing project performance and team development. Responsible for integrating AI in product management and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the PM/PO team through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and compensation reviews, supporting each member's professional development
  • Lead the hiring process for the product department
  • Keep the department's competency matrices up to date
  • Assign projects to team members based on skills, interests, and availability
  • Anticipate and balance the product team's workload, and maintain up-to-date workload forecasts
  • Inform other directors of workload status during planning ceremonies
  • Optimize department processes to improve efficiency, including adopting AI tools
  • Track budgets and timelines for all projects managed by the product team
  • Support PM/POs with recovery strategies when a project deviates from its budget or timeline
  • Establish and monitor department KPIs for profitability, performance, and client satisfaction
  • Implement a standardized product management process that ensures product quality and team efficiency
  • Ensure a fast, reassuring project kickoff for clients, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Define the vision for the product department's evolution and the strategy for integrating AI into practices
  • Set and oversee the team's quarterly objectives
  • Monitor market trends and differentiated product practices
  • Promote Thirdbridge's expertise (conferences, events, content)
  • Contribute to Thirdbridge's strategic vision on the leadership team and participate in business development (project assessments, client presentations, proactive identification of needs)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management or digital project management, with prior experience leading a team
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and profitability across multiple concurrent projects
  • Comfortable with client relationships and able to reassure clients during kickoffs and through challenging periods
  • Able to move from strategic vision to operational follow-through without losing focus
  • See AI as an enabler for your practice and your team's, and integrate it concretely into workflows
  • Possess strong product intuition: you recognize a good product and can explain why
  • Comfortable working in agile contexts with distributed teams
  • Bilingual in French and English and comfortable working in a predominantly French-speaking environment.
