Job Description
Project Manager delivering client projects for Epicor’s data, AI, and ERP software business. Coordinating schedules, resources, budgets, deliverables, and customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, manage and deliver client projects
- Coordinate and monitor project and client engagement activities from inception to installation
- Prepare Project Plans, Project Change Requests and Project Lists
- Use project deliverables to execute project activities
- Maintain control of project schedule, resources, budget and scope
- Ensure plans and work products are based on approved requirements
- Certify sufficient resources and funding for project activities
- Conduct weekly customer status calls
- Respond to client requests and questions, escalating issues and recommended solutions
- Interact with cross-functional teams
- Manage ad hoc and medium-sized projects
- May work at client sites from time to time
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
- Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter able to work independently
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations
- Ability to manage expectations and establish solid working relationships through the management level
- Ability to travel up to 35%
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- 2+ years project management and industry experience preferred
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- PMP Certification preferred
