Job Description

Manager of Program Management at ConnectiveRx handling key client relations and prescription processes. Overseeing client requests, proposals, and operational setups for effective service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client contact and respond to client requests
  • Develop effective client-facing communications
  • Complete Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work
  • Coordinate program setup with internal teams and clients
  • Monitor program performance and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in account management or sales experience in life sciences
  • Strong knowledge of Request for Proposals (RFP)
  • Knowledge of contracting processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
