Job Description
Manager of Program Management at ConnectiveRx handling key client relations and prescription processes. Overseeing client requests, proposals, and operational setups for effective service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client contact and respond to client requests
- Develop effective client-facing communications
- Complete Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work
- Coordinate program setup with internal teams and clients
- Monitor program performance and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in account management or sales experience in life sciences
- Strong knowledge of Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Knowledge of contracting processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
