Job Description

Program Manager scaling Generosity University, Overflow’s church-focused giving education platform. Driving subscription growth, sales enablement, curriculum modernization, and activation reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generosity University's roadmap and execution alongside a dedicated product manager and software engineer, with AM and engineering support as needed
  • Help drive Gen U toward its 2026 stretch goal of $1M in annualized subscription sales
  • Turn 765+ inbound pastor leads into activated, engaged churches
  • Design a clear subscription pricing and packaging model
  • Create playbooks, training, and prospect-facing materials to scale the new-logo sales motion
  • Partner with engineering and product to modernize the curriculum and delivery experience
  • Build reporting infrastructure connecting Kajabi and offline-cohort data into Overflow's core dashboard
  • Coordinate Gen U's content partners, founding champions, engineering, and sales/AM teams
  • Report progress and wins directly to executive leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in program or product management, with experience owning a revenue-linked KPI in a cross-functional, resource-constrained environment
  • Track record of taking a founder-led product or program and turning it into something systematized and scalable
  • Comfort working directly with engineers on scope and delivery tradeoffs; ability to be credible in technical discussions without writing code
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to represent Gen U credibly to sales leadership, pastors, and church customers
  • Genuine alignment with Overflow's mission, values, and culture
  • Comfort operating in a faith-based, church-facing context
  • Familiarity with church, ministry, or other faith-based organizational contexts is a plus
  • Experience with e-learning platforms (e.g. Kajabi) or cohort-based education products is a plus
  • Background selling into or serving houses of worship or nonprofits is a plus
  • Experience leading a transition from one-time or bundled pricing to a subscription model is a plus
  • Must not require visa sponsorship to work in the United States

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with equity eligibility
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Dedicated mental health and therapy stipend to support personal well-being
  • Team retreats and intentional in-person gatherings throughout the year
