Job Description

Project Administrator providing administrative and operational support to project teams. Organizing documentation and ensuring compliance for various client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to project teams
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Support project managers with scheduling, reporting, and coordination tasks
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and status updates
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and documentation requirements
  • Manage communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support onboarding of project team members and maintain resource records
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of administrative or project support experience
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
