Job Description

Project Coordinator guiding U.S. dealerships through Motive’s website implementation process. Building site structures, configuring integrations, and coordinating handoff for design, QA, and launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding
  • Gather and validate information, content, and assets needed to begin building client websites
  • Build UX and front-end structure of dealer websites, including page layout, navigation, and site configuration
  • Use AI tooling to accelerate site builds and project tasks
  • Configure and implement third-party integrations such as CRM, chat, and trade-in tools
  • Set up vehicle pricing and inventory feeds
  • Apply OEM-specific brand page templates and standards
  • Track implementations against project timelines and flag risks or delays
  • Communicate progress, next steps, and outstanding items to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate hand-off to the Designer team for UI polish, QA, and launch

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination/management, implementation, or onboarding, preferably within a SaaS or automotive company
  • Strong eye for web design and user experience
  • Comfortable working within website CMS platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy when gathering and applying client requirements
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage competing deadlines across a high volume of concurrent projects
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be a resident of the United States
