Job Description
Project Manager leading delivery of healthcare advertising campaigns across Digital Patient Engagement team at Phreesia. Ensuring operational excellence and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign delivery from start to finish
- Keep complex work organized and moving
- Coordinate cross-functional teams with confidence
- Drive operational excellence
- Partner closely with Client Solutions teams
- Identify risks early and navigate change effectively
- Support scalable process improvements
- Help strengthen the PM function
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–7 years of project management experience, ideally within campaign implementation, digital advertising, or cross-functional delivery environments
- Experience in healthcare advertising, pharmaceutical media, digital advertising, SaaS, or other regulated environments highly preferred
- Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as Monday.com, Jira, and Ziflow
- Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, and collaboration tools
- Formal project management training preferred PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred
