Job Description
Implementation Project Manager at Hays, leading customized workforce solutions deployments and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of customized workforce solutions
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Set clear expectations and maintain consistent communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within scope
Requirements:
- 2+ years working in MSP or workforce solutions
- Familiarity with VMS/ATS platforms
- Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong ownership mindset; proactive and self-driven
- Analytical approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Experienced in managing and interpreting data sets
- Proficient with MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
