Job Description
Project Manager in IT managing technological projects and optimizing resources. Leading high-performance teams and client negotiations in a corporate setting.
Responsibilities:
- Liderar proyectos de principio a fin
- Optimizar recursos y coordinar equipos de alto rendimiento
- Negociar con clientes en un entorno global
- Estructurar flujos de trabajo eficientes
- Mitigar riesgos y garantizar entregas impecables
Requirements:
- Profesional en carreras administrativas, ingenierías o áreas afines.
- Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia liderando la gestión de proyectos tecnologicos.
- Dominio de inglés (nivel B2+ o C1).
- Gestión de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Manejo experto de herramientas de administración de proyectos (Asana, Jira, Monday, Trello o similares).
- Sólida capacidad para definir cronogramas, asignar recursos y equilibrar la capacidad de producción del equipo.
